Our weekend away for my husband's 60th Birthday was absolutely first class. The owner greeted us on arrival and provided great customer service. The property was extremely clean, well maintained and has the best of everything. Couldn't fault it! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Had everything you could ask for! Loved the pool and front BBQ entertainment area, along with amazing kitchen and views. Our dog Lola absolutely loved the beach, which was just across the road and very convenient. Had the best time, will definitely be back.

When my family travels it can be a little tricky to tick the many boxes that we have. Wheelchair friendly, dog friendly, can accommodate children ranging from 1 - 10 years old and be large enough to also accommodate my parents to join us. From looking at this property online it ticked the boxes and boy it didn't disappoint. The layout was fantastic and I particularly liked how we were asked prior to our arrival how we would like the bedding to be set up. The view is absolutely stunning especially those glorious sunsets. The location is fantastic for families with a dog friendly beach and a park at your door step. The heated pool was a great hit with our children and it was only a short drive to beaches like Fingal Bay for a beach with waves. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need should you want to cook including a fridge with ice and filtered water in its door. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends and family.

This accommodation was beyond luxury. They have literally thought of everything. The view left us speechless. So spacious with all the finishing touches but comfortable and livable. Absolutely spotless. We loved our time here and are still grateful for all the boxes it ticked including separate bedrooms and ensuites for everyone, dog friendly and accessible friendly with the left. Incredible!

We recently had a fantastic stay at VueOne Port Stephens. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were blown away by how wonderful everything was. The location of VueOne Port Stephens is simply perfect. The views are breathtaking. The apartment itself was outstanding. The accommodations were luxurious, and the finishes were impeccable. It was clear that a lot of thought went into creating a space that was both elegant and comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean, and it was evident that a great deal of care is taken to maintain it. This was our second time staying there, and it definitely won't be our last. Our stay at Vueone was perfection, it was everything I had hoped our stay would be. The house was immaculate, it had every modern convenience possible, the view was amazing and the location was perfect. There were 10 people in our party and we had plenty of space, the bedrooms were huge, each with its own ensuite, the pool was great, we really couldn't have asked for more. We were met by the owners on our arrival who explained everything about the property in detail which was very comforting. I would highly recommend this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay which wasn't long enough!

We had a wonderful stay at VueOne Nelson Bay. The accommodation was perfect for our extended family with 4 ensuite bathrooms. The view was magical and our 4 grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool. The owners were extremely helpful and greeted us on arrival and explained the intricacies of the house and were available if we had any issues. The house is positioned an easy 15 min coastal walk from the Nelson Bay shops, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended!

VueOne is an amazing holiday house. The location was quiet but still easy to walk to beaches & shops. The closest beach is dog friendly & very calm so we launched our SUPs from here & the kids enjoyed hunting for shells, and other sealife! VueOne is only 20 minutes walk to the Marina & the shops at Nelson Bay. We spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony, watching the birdlife & even seeing Dolphins on several occasions. The rooms were very spacious & clean. The pool is heated so the kids hardly left it. Overall an amazing holiday & highly recommended.

Fantastic location across from the beach, a short walk into Nelson Bay, and great sunset view. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Private pool is an added bonus, but a bit warm for summer. We stayed for one week with a couple of family members. The apartment was beautifully decorated. The rooms were very generous in size. The kitchen was very well equipped which is surprising. They even had a nutribullet. The location was perfect as the street was very quite. We had an electric car and the electric charger was very convenient for us. We only had to supercharge our car on the way up and on the way back to Sydney. I would highly recommend this place.

Enjoy wine on arrival, luxury bed linen, blankets, pillows, towels, robes, slippers and other luxe toiletries are provided. Vue also includes an electric vehicle charger, washing machine, dryer, TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, indoor fireplace, unlimited wifi, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, bathtub, heated private pool and access to kayaks.

Yes, there is a private 2-car garage accessible on the ground floor, plus free street parking.

Pets are welcome to join you when you book a stay at Vue One. An additional charge will be added to your booking of $60 per dog, per night. Please ensure you let us know you intend to bring your furry friend at the time of booking.

Yes, we provide unlimited complimentary wifi for the duration of your stay. The network name and password will be provided at check-in.
  • Cancellations with MORE THAN 90 days notice prior to your arrival is fully refundable
  • Cancellations BETWEEN 30 – 90 days notice prior to your arrival date incurs a 50% cancellation fee based on your booking total
  • Cancellations WITHIN 30 days of your arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee of your booking total
  • Written cancellation notification must be provided in all circumstances
  • In the event Vue Nelson Bay must cancel your accommodation for circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be made. However, Vue Nelson Bay will not be held liable for any further costs incurred

Yes. Vue is only a couple of minutes drive to Nelson Bay’s vibrant town centre and waterfront marina. Immerse yourself in the stunning surrounds of Bagnalls Beach and just a few hundred metres is the family favourite Dutchies Beach. Relax and unwind in the large alfresco entertaining areas or enjoy some of the area’s best restaurants, shops and local marina, just minutes from your door.

The pool is heated to 32 degrees in cooler months, and 28 degrees in warmer months.

Additional guests are allowed at the property for short visits, if there has been prior written consent from Vue Nelson Bay.

 

We have a strict policy in relation to ‘visitors’ staying over at the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

  • Sofa bed (children only): $100 per booking per night, which includes towels and linen. 
  • Upon application and approval, pets are welcome to join you when you book a stay at Vue One. An additional charge will be added to your booking of $60 per dog, per night. Maximum 2 small/medium dogs. Fines apply if you do not submit your pet for approval prior to your booking.
  • Vue accommodates 10 adults across 4 bedrooms. There is a sofa lounge that will be added to accommodate guests 11 & 12 if you request additional guests as part of your booking. Maximum of 2 additional guests. Costs per guest is $100 per person, per night.
  • Platter and grazing boards, BBQ packs, picnics, and breakfast boxes can be added when you complete your Guest Agreement. Additional costs may apply.

  • Vue Nelson Bay is suitable for groups over the age of 30 years old, or groups of families.
  • We have a strict NO NOISE policy. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
  • Pool hours are strictly 8am to 9pm only.
  • We have a strict policy in relation to ‘visitors’ staying over at the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
  • For our cancellation policy, please refer to the cancelation policy FAQ, and our full T&Cs via the booking page.
  • Parties, functions, weddings, wedding related parties, graduates, schoolies/teenager bookings are not accepted. Vue Nelson Bay maintains the right to terminate your stay, if you are found to be hosting any of these events during your stay.
